This website collects some data about peope who visit it which is the type of information every other website collects and may include stuff like which part of the world you are from.  We are not knowledgeable enough to and have no intention of identifying each individual who visits the site unless that visit has created issues for us by hacking or altering our site, stealing our IP or misusing information from the site.  At that point we may take the step of employing some very clever people we know to track those individuals down and then we will make them do some whitewater kayaking with an inferior brand of deck on their boat.... scary stuff.  If they have been really bad we may put some law enforcement dudes onto them.

We do keep customer records.  They are for our own use and we will use that information to assist us marketing the company and we may from time to time contact our customers to beg them to buy more product so we can keep the company going and provide food for the dogs (see them in the gear in action section they are really cute) .  You do have the option to say you never want to hear from us again in the sales process, we hope you won't do that as we have plans for some really great products in the future that we know you will love.  We won't give anyone else a copy of the information we keep unless we ask you and you say yes or you ask us to.  We will treat your information how we'd like our information treated by other people, we are quite private about our information and get quite cross when we get junk mail addressed to us from people we do not know, we have even stopped buying from certain companies because of it.   

Any data stored about customers is controlled in the following ways.  There is

• access control for authorised users;
• virus checking;
• IT dudes to deal with security risks; and
• auditing procedures and data integrity checks.
